Ayurveda dealt with balancing the three ‘Doshas’ (energies) within the body.

Tisane or “ayurvedic tea” are non-caffeinated beverages that are made from an infusion or a concoction of selected spices, herbs and other plant material. These are brewed in water and allowed to steep for a few minutes before being consumed. Most ayurvedic teas also have medicinal benefits because they are used you aid in healing specific disorders.

Ayurvedic teas are natural and are packed with loads of benefits. We’ve listed some of the benefits our teas can have for you:

Better metabolism: Ayurvedic teas promote a healthy metabolism that in turn aids in an easier digestion process. A healthy metabolism helps in weight loss. In fact, this is one of the main reasons why people purchase Ayurvedic tea is for its weight loss properties.

How to brew our teas

Dosage: Brew ½ tbsp in 1 cup of boiled water to strength of choice. Have 2-3 cups daily or as directed by physician. Continue as long as desired. Non-addictive. Natural sweetener like honey (only after cooling) or Stevia can be added.

Our range of Ayurvedic teas are not suitable for pregnant women and children.

Storage: Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry, dark place or refrigerate for freshness.
