Why don’t Omved shampoos lather? How can a shampoo clean the hair without a lot of lather?

It is a misconception that shampoos lather really well clean your hair effectively, but it's not true. Omved shampoo is made with natural cleansing agents like Areetha and Soap Nuts (natural saponins), that cleans the hair effectively with a quick, modest lather. Since our shampoos are so mild, they can also be used for colored or treated hair.

Do I need to use a conditioner with my shampoo?

Not every hair type will need a conditioner. For most people with dry or chemically treated hair, using a conditioner is important because it keeps the hair and scalp hydrated, balances the oil content, restores elasticity and strength to the hair, and detangles. If your hair is oily or fine, a conditioner used on the ends of the hair to detangle and smooth frizz is all you'll need.

Great Shampoo

Now I’m alternating between the hairloss shampoo of Omved and this new shampoo for dry hair. My hair has been dry coz of highlights. I have consciously chosen not to use products with chemicals. So after carefully seeing the ingredients Omved uses, I prefer this brand over any other now. It cleansed my hair, I used the nourishing conditioner of Omved after wash. My hair feels great.

Very good product..best thing is that it’s completely made up of natural ingredients n cleanses the scalp well inspite of not producing too much lather unlike other chemical loaded shampoos. I noticed a reduction in my hairfall too after a few uses n my hair feels more manageable Which felt dry n frizzy before
