The scrub is safe to use everyday since you are usng it externally. If you have calloused heels, dab a bit of the exfoliating gel for a thorough cleanse.
You can wrap a hot towel around your head after applying the hair pack to ensure the nutrients nourish your scalp and hair follicles. You can also use a shower cap to lock in the nutrients from the pack.
After you have used it, wash it thoroughly to remove any traces of soap. Keep it in a dry place.
