Shipping Policy

Omved ships its products to almost all parts of India. All pre-paid orders will be shipped within 24 hours of the payment received. All Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be shipped within 24 hours from placing the order.

We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays.

Non-availability on delivery: Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned to our warehouse. We recommend that you provide the complete address along with a mobile number in the delivery address to ensure a faster delivery.

DELIVERY FOR PREPAID ORDERS

Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Mumbai by courier. Please allow following number of days from receipt of your order.

Delivery for Prepaid Orders:

1-2 working days for Metro cities
3-4 working days for Non-metro cities
8-10 working days for International shipment

CASH ON DELIVERY ORDERS

1-2 working days for Metro cities
3-4 working days for Non-metro cities

Order deliveries will be made between 10am - 6pm Monday-Saturday.

Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc. Omved Therapies takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.

Omved Therapies is not responsible for damage after delivery.

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery. Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.

SHIPPING RATES & TIMELINES

Standard shipping and handling is free in India.

For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be approximately 3-4 business days once we have processed the shipping. (Business days exclude Sunday and other holidays).

For remote areas the approximate transit and delivery of the consignment may take approximately up to 5 days depending on the location.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

In case of international orders, we collect only product and shipping charges from customers. Any additional charges as applicable in the country of purchase (eg: such as customs clearance fee, customs handling fee or any other duty or VAT charges, etc) shall be borne by customer at the time of delivery. Omved Therapies shall not be liable for the same.

An international order can be cancelled within 24 hours only after placing order. Once the order gets dispatched, we'll not be able to cancel it nor entertain any request for a refund. In case the receivers or customer refuse/reject the shipment, the Return Charges also will be borne by the customer.
